In this set of videos, I provide some basic statistical concepts such as confidence intervals.  Then we take it up a notch and demonstrate how to conduct a One-way ANOVA statistical test among other things.
In this set of videos, I show how to convert SAS file to SPSS and vice versa.  While this should not take too long, it is important to know the steps before taking the leap forward to conduct data analysis.
Pearson correlation, Chi Square, and One-Way ANOVA are basic statistical tests that can be run on SPSS, SAS, R, and even Stata.
Below is a statistical application to clinical trials.  I take an actual study on COVID-19 vaccine and demonstrate how to calculate relative risk using SAS.
The various statistical tools are often elusive.  However, if you know the basic and fundamental coding technique, then you can be proficient in different statistical languages--even python.
